Owners and residents who desire to keep a dog on our property are required to pay a $50 pet registration fee (per dog). This fee is non-refundable. A pet owner leaving pet waste on the property will be fined in accordance with our fine schedule.

Cat owners are not required to pay the registration fee because cats are required to be indoors.
​
All owners and residents are required to fill out a Pet Ownership Agreement even if you do not own a pet. Please place the completed form in the Payment Collection Box located at 1800 E. 5650 S., mail it to PO Box 150312, Ogden, Utah 84415 or email it to hoa@krelite.com. Failure to do so will place you in violation and you will be subject to a fine for non-compliance.
HOA FEES
The amount due for units with 1.32% interest is $292; for units with .847% interest is $188 and those units with .729% interest, the fee is $162 per month. The HOA fee is due on the 1st and late by the 10th. A late fee will be added to your account after 5:00 p.m. on the 10th of each month.
The late fee schedule is as follows:

10-30 days late $25
31-60 days late $50
61-90 days late $75
91+ days $100 (not to exceed $500 per month cummulative)
