Cookers/Grills
Absolutely no fire pits, fire grills, charcoal grills, smokers, space heaters etc. are allowed. Only gas bbq's are allowed and must be placed 10 feet from the building when in use. This is a requirement from our insurance company. They do spot checks and will cancel us or raise our rates if they find we are violating this requirement. Landlords - you need to check your property to make sure there are no fire pits, etc. If we see anything that is in violation of the insurance requirements, you will be fined.
